Pada tanggal 4-5 Maret 2013, Kementrian Dalam Negeri mengadakan acara "Forum Dialog Penguatan Ideologi Pancasila Lintas Generasi di Kota Batam" dengan tema: Revitalisasi dan aktualisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam rangka penguatan Jati diri Bangsa. Acara ini diselenggarakan di Hotel Novotel Batam, Jalan Duyung, Kel. Sei Jodoh, Kec. Batu Ampar Batam.
